How long will my order take to arrive?

All Ocean Glow orders are processed with strict priority. Expect your protocol to arrive within 2-4 business days via our secure courier network.

Is the sea moss made fresh?

Yes. We absolutely do not warehouse premade gels. Every jar is wildcrafted and made fresh to order, ensuring maximum bioavailability and structural integrity upon arrival.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Because our sea moss is a fresh, perishable biological product, we do not issue refunds for missed deliveries. If you miss the courier, your package will be held at your local Royal Mail delivery office. You have exactly 7 days to collect it before the organic matter degrades.

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?

While physical presence is optimal for receiving perishable goods, it is not strictly mandatory. If your delivery address will be unattended, please specify a safe location or communicate with our team so our couriers can accommodate the drop.

Can I change my delivery address?

Our fulfillment matrix locks immediately upon order placement to ensure rapid dispatch. Address changes cannot be guaranteed post-purchase. However, if your order has not yet been transferred to our courier, our support team will intervene. Contact us immediately.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We enforce a zero-defect policy. If your product sustains structural damage during transit, contact our clinical support desk immediately. We will initiate a rapid replacement protocol.
